Now `rm -rf ~/.cache/gomuks` has the same effect as `/clearcache`

Load config before initializing UI
...
Otherwise the user ID/homeserver values are ignored even though they're
supposed to be prefilled in the UI.
Thanks to @jevolk for noticing the mistake.
