Punctuation and commas are often surrouned by spaces for some reason, a simple replace should do the trick " , " -> ", " . " -> ".", " ! " -> "! "


Questions to answer:

  • Difference between abate & attenuate
    → abate can weaken to the point of disappearing, attenuate has to be always present.
  • Difference between castigate & chastize
  • Are fervid & fervent the same word?
  • Connotation of facetious
  • diatribe vs harangue
    → harangue more official and bombastic?
  • Difference between obstinate & obdurate
  • quiescence vs. abeyance
  • phlegmatic has a negative connotation, doesn't it?
  • mendacity vs.
  • presage vs. omen
