pique no.1007 Meaning does not seem to fit example
respectively no.652 meaning starts mid-word?
reticence no.790 meaning cuts off mid-word, maybe delete this one or reticent (no.654) since it's pretty much identical

Questions to answer:

  • Difference between abate & attenuate
    → abate can weaken to the point of disappearing, attenuate has to be always present.
  • Difference between castigate & chastize
  • Are fervid & fervent the same word?
  • Connotation of facetious
  • diatribe vs harangue
    → harangue more official and bombastic?
  • Difference between obstinate & obdurate
  • quiescence vs. abeyance
  • phlegmatic has a negative connotion, doesn't it?
