i18n(apologetik): rename 'Alex's choice' chip to 'Alex's pick'

English label and variable name now match the existing ALEX_PICKS data convention. German keeps 'Alex' Wahl' (the natural translation). Latin updated to 'Alexandri delectus' to mirror the pick semantics.
