<h3>Kapitel 23 </h3>
|
|||
|
|

<p><span class="verse" id="1">1 </span>Hiob antwortete und sprach:
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="2">2 </span>Auch heute lehnt sich meine Klage auf; seine Hand drückt schwer, daß ich seufzen muß.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="3">3 </span>Ach daß ich wüßte, wie ich ihn finden und zu seinem Thron kommen könnte!
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="4">4 </span>So würde ich ihm das Recht darlegen und meinen Mund mit Beweisen füllen
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="5">5 </span>und erfahren die Reden, die er mir antworten, und vernehmen, was er mir sagen würde.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="6">6 </span>Würde er mit großer Macht mit mir rechten? Nein, er selbst würde achthaben auf mich.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="7">7 </span>Dann würde ein Redlicher mit ihm rechten, und für immer würde ich entrinnen meinem Richter!
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="8">8 </span>Aber gehe ich nun vorwärts, so ist er nicht da; gehe ich zurück, so spüre ich ihn nicht.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="9">9 </span>Ist er zur Linken, so schaue ich ihn nicht; verbirgt er sich zur Rechten, so sehe ich ihn nicht.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="10">10 </span>Er aber kennt meinen Weg gut. Er prüfe mich, so will ich erfunden werden wie das Gold.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="11">11 </span>Denn ich hielt meinen Fuß auf seiner Bahn und bewahrte seinen Weg und wich nicht ab
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="12">12 </span>und übertrat nicht das Gebot seiner Lippen und bewahrte die Reden seines Mundes bei mir.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="13">13 </span>Doch er ist der eine – wer will ihm wehren? Und er macht's, wie er will.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="14">14 </span>Ja, er wird vollenden, was mir bestimmt ist, und hat noch mehr derart im Sinn.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="15">15 </span>Darum erschrecke ich vor seinem Angesicht, und wenn ich darüber nachdenke, so fürchte ich mich vor ihm.
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="16">16 </span>Gott ist's, der mein Herz mutlos gemacht, und der Allmächtige, der mich erschreckt hat;
|
|||
|
|
<br /><span class="verse" id="17">17 </span>denn nicht der Finsternis wegen muß ich schweigen, und nicht, weil Dunkel mein Angesicht deckt. </p> <!--... sharper than any twoedged sword... -->
